6. Installation & Maintenance

Installation

• Fixed Installation: Install the driver on the bracket of the assembly line to ensure it is stable and avoid vibration.
• Wiring: Connect the power supply, ground wire and tool signal wire according to the wiring diagram. Note that the wiring of the PROFINET interface must comply with industrial network standards.
• Software Configuration: Start the upper computer software (such as Atlas Copco’s Power Focus software), import the driver parameters, and complete the network configuration.

Maintenance

• Regular Inspection: Regularly check whether the power cord and communication line are worn or loose.
